- Original: Two and a half years ago I started a blog called something from my room. Guess what I did. I sent people random stuff from my room. All they had to was convince me to send it to them. The project only lasted a few months, I started to run low on things to send and finishing college drew me away.Edit: A case in point is a blog I started two and a half years ago: "something from my room." I would list actual items that were in my room, and if a reader could persuade me to send him or her an item, I did. Because of the scarcity of things in my room and my need to focus on finishing college, this blog lasted only a few months, but [insert a statement here about the level of passion and loyalty in your audience].
