Goosegrade is a brilliant idea!
It's nearly exactly what I need.I say nearly because I'd regularly need to submit online documents to specific people but I wish to keep it private.
For now I use Diigo, bookmark and annotations, which is OK for small corrections but when it's comes to big paragraphs and several people joining in, it's not possible.

Are there any plans for making Goosegrade a groupware?
