I have one user whose edits often appear in duplicate and even occasionally triplicate.

I've checked in with him and we did an edit together and it appeared in triplicate. I've attached a screen shot of one such triplicate entry.

Some background:

He's on osX using Chrome.

He was already logged in before he started to edit (using the native Editz login)

He pressed the edit button
Selected the text
made an edit (removed a comma)
Clicked save
Recieved the thank you bubble.

That's it - so nothing out of the ordinary.

Not sure what is causing this bug but it is frustrating, it isn't clear to me what will happen if a approve an edit more than once and it feels bad rejecting edits that are correct, but appearing in duplicate.

Any thoughts?
